KGF Chapter 1 completes 100 days at box office; makers thank fans

KGF: Chapter 1, that released in December last year is celebrating 100 days at the Box-Office and the makers and the team are happy as they thank fans, and announce a few details about the second chapter. Below are all the details you need to know about the same.

Last year on December 21, two films released, one was Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero and the other was KGF(Kolar Gold Fields). Well, leaving Zero far behind, KGF roared forward and has completed 100 glorious days at the Box-Office and emerged successful. The makers and the team are super happy as the makers put up on Twitter, “Thank you everyone for all your love.” Actress Srinidhi Shetty tweeted, “100 glorious days #KGFChapter1 I’m so blessed & grateful to be a part of this epic movie Thank you to my entire team And thank you to each n everyone for all the love n support.” Clearly this was a great experience for everyone, especially the lead Yash, who has created a huge fan-base for himself with this film. Released in five different languages, the film broke many records. The shooting for the second chapter has already begun and Yash himself had shared the picture. As far as we know, Yash and Srinidhi will be reprising their roles in the second chapter, and the film will begin from the point the first one ended at, when Yash goes against the mine lords.

The film (Chapter 2) will be directed by Prashanth Neel. There were also speculations that Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt may be a part of the second chapter, and that actress Raveena Tandon might also sign the film.
