Zee TV recently returned with its most iconic, longest-running singing reality show that has stayed relevant to music lovers across the country – Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2021. The show started with a bang, and this season’s talented contestants have already managed to impress the audience. However, viewers are in for a treat this Sunday as Kumar Sanu will be gracing the stage alongside the judges on the theme – “India Ki Farmaish, Finale Ki Azmaish.”

While the race to finale has everyone bringing in their best, the contestants and judges decided to take a moment of pause this week to celebrate the musical journey of Bappi Da. The legendary singer recently passed away, and while he has left a big void in everyone’s hearts, his evergreen music will stay eternal. To celebrate his legacy, guest Kumar Sanu gave a start to the evergreen and heart-touching songs of the legendary singer with Chirodini Tumi Je Aamar. In a moment, everyone from the jury members, judges and the participants joined him, and the song ended leaving everyone left teary-eyed. The whole team gave a heartfelt tribute to the legendary “King of Disco” in their most musical way.

On the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Kumar Sanu said“Bappi Da was someone who will always be remembered as the most joyful person. I have sung many songs with him. He has given various evergreen songs to the music industry and introduced a few musical instruments. Besides just being a wonderful singer, he was a beautiful person at his heart. Unfortunately, he was seriously ill for the past few months, and we can only pray that his soul rests in peace. Still, he will always live in our hearts as a beautiful memory, even though he is unfortunately not with us anymore.”

Shankar Mahadevan further added, “It was a few episodes back that Bappi Da graced the stage of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, he was definitely a legendary singer, and even though this void can never be filled, we will remember him forever through his evergreen songs.”
