83: Did you know? Pankaj Tripathi fractured his ribs during an accident in London- read details

Pankaj Tripathi will be seen portraying the role of the Indian team manager Man Singh in Kabir Khan’s ‘83. While the entire cast is in London for the final schedule of the film, Pankaj took some time off for a holiday with his family.  But recently news broke out that, just a day before the Stree actor was about to leave for his vacation he met with an accident. The actor fell while riding his bullet and was left with bruises on his arms and shoulders.

It is said that Pankaj never realised the intensity of the damage and left for a holiday to Scottland. Reports also stated that Pankaj was expected to join immediately after his holiday but unfortunately, during the course of his vacation, Pankaj suffered some serious pain in his abdominal area. After going through some medical check-ups Pankaj was diagnosed with three fractured ribs.

Talking about his accident, Pankaj said in a statement, “I am taking precautions by not lifting weights, no sudden and harsh movements to avoid stress on ribs, I am taking all the precautionary measures so that no pressure, no stress falls on my ribs. Even while shooting, the crew is taking care not to give me scenes or shots that require physical stress. Ranveer being so close and friendly and being so electrifying is also taking care of my health and greets me from a distance. On the set, there is a physiotherapist who is helping me out with my injury”.
