Aanand L Rai has some interesting films coming up and we have all the details

Colour Yellow Productions is founded by director Anand L Rai. In the last few years, Anand has given us some really good content to watch, and his films have done well at the box office as well. Last year was a spectacular year for his production house as they had five theatrical releases with a digital premiere. Putting content at the forefront, Colour Yellow Productions promises to dabble in a variety of genres and up the scale with an exciting roll-out, announcements of which will be made soon. Well, all we can do is wait and watch what projects have been lined up.

Newton, Tumbbad, Manmarziyaan, and Mukkabaaz brought Anurag Kashyap rave reviews and popular appeal. Making a foray into the digital space, debutant director Rahul Shanklya gave us the delightful love saga Meri Nimmo. Mudassar Aziz took the Happy franchise ahead with Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi. Later, Zero was applauded for its special effects even though it didn’t touch as many hearts as expected by the makers. Confirming the news, Colour Yellow Productions’ spokesperson said, “In 2019, we roll with six exciting projects at Colour Yellow Productions. Formal announcements of each project will follow soon.”

It is clear that the production house believes in unique content and tries to deliver all types of content to their audience. While they managed to give us some good work last year, they are even more prepped up for 2019, with exciting stories and genres to venture into.
