Akshay Kumar to collaborate with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Rowdy Rathore 2? Read details

We all love to witness Akshay Kumar performing stunts onscreen and while his cop avatar is amazing to watch on-screen, he will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. And as per latest buzz, the star will also be starring in Rowdy Rathore 2.

Rowdy Rathore (2012), which starred Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, impressed the audience. And for its sequel, Khiladi Kumar will be joining hands with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Talking about the same, a source close to the project informed a leading portal that, “Lekin Akshay ko phursat Kahan? (Where does Akshay have the time)? Sanjay Bhansali has sounded him out on several occasions. When in January 2018 Bhansali and Akshay hosted a press conference to announce that Akshay’s Padman was moving out of January 26 slot to accommodate Bhansali’s Padmaavat, Akshay had jokingly commented that he wanted Rowdy Rathore 2 to be made.”

As per reports, the film is supposed to go on floors in 2020. Apart from that, Akshay will be seen in Good News alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh.
