Earlier, it was announced that Chiyaan Vikram would be joining hands with south filmmaker Ajay Gnanamuthu for his next directorial which would be his 58^th film. Now, the big news is that singer AR Rahman will be coming on board as the music composer for the tentatively titled Vikram 58.

In the past, Ajay has directed quite a few hits like Demonte Colony and Imaika Nodigal. He recently took to Twitter and wrote, “Super Duper excited to have the musical genius @arrahman sir on board. Dreams do come true #ChiyaanVikram58 #ChiyaanVikram @Lalit_SevenScr @AndhareAjit @iamarunviswa @proyuvraaj @LokeshJey @sooriaruna.” Check out his tweet below:

Interestingly, AR Rahman and Chiyaan have collaborated together for albums which were hits. Like Shankar’s directorial I and Mani Ratnam’s Raavanan.
