Arjun Kapoor to go on a virtual date

The actor is doing this to raise funds for daily wage worker of the film industry



After supporting all the relief funs including the PM and CM of Maharashtra, actor Arjun Kapoor has decided to go on a virtual date to raise money for daily wage earners of the film industry.

In a statement the actor said that there is a section of people in the society who have lost livelihood during this crisis and need money to sustain themselves and their families.

He apparently clarified that he was talking about the scores of daily wage earners – favourite chaat wale bhaiya, construction workers, coolies, dhobis, rickshaw drivers and so many others. The lockdown means that they can’t go out and earn a living said the actor.

Five winners stand a chance to go on a virtual date with the actor. The winner of the date will be announced on April 11.

In the meantime we have heard that Boney Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor have announced a donation of Rs 5 lakh each to the Federation of Western India Cine Employees that will be distributed to the needy workers of the film industry.
