Dabangg 3: Salman Khan reveals the actor roped in to play his screen father with this fun video

The shooting for Dabangg 3 started early this year. While the fans were excited to see Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha reprise their roles in the third instalment of the hit franchise, there had been a buzz about who would play the role of Prajapati Pandey. The role of Salman Khan’s screen father was earlier essayed by the late Bollywood star Vinod Khanna, who had passed away on April 27, 2017.

However, yesterday (June 27) Salman Khan took to his social media to announce the actor roped in to reprise the role that Vinod Khanna had so well performed on screen. And the actor who has been roped in is none other than late Vinod Khanna’s real brother, Pramod Khanna, who looks almost like his late brother. Pramod Khanna has bagged the role of Chulbul Pandey’s (Salman Khan) father, Prajapati Pandey. Salman shared a video announcing the same with Pramod Khanna, Sonakshi Sinha and director Prabhudeva in it. He captioned the video “Introducing Pramod Khanna. ” Check out the post here:

Dabangg 3 will have flashback stories of Chulbul Pandey’s early life where Salman would be playing a 20-year-old and romancing another actress besides Sonakshi Sinha who plays his on-screen wife Rajjo.
