Deepika Padukone is currently busy shooting for her upcoming movie Chhapaak and since its announcement; her fans have been waiting eagerly for its release. Not just that, even her celeb friends have lauded her for taking up such an inspiring project which is based on the true story of an acid attack survivor. While a lot is being said and written about her next film, we are here to talk about her latest Instagram post. Yes, the actress posted an adorable throwback picture earlier in the day and it’s something that we can all relate to.

Sharing a throwback picture on her Insta feed, Deepika wrote, “forever hungry…& nothing’s changed.” While her caption describes us all way too well, what further caught our attention was her hubby Ranveer Singh’s reply. The B-town hunk, who is known for his witty sense of humour, was quick to reply on the post and said, “I can vouch for that! Nothing’s changed.” Awww…that’s sweet, right? Well, Dippy and Ranveer are often seen indulging in PDA over social media so it wasn’t surprising that Singh sneaked in to post a cheeky comment this time around as well. As for Deepika’s post, we hope she doesn’t change because that’s what we like about her.

Deepika is in Delhi filming for Chhapaak along with her co-star Vikrant Massey. While the actress is reprising the role of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, Vikrant, on the other hand, plays the character of a North Indian boy who decides to become an actor. He later starts a campaign against acid violence and in the process ends up meeting Laxmi. Since Chhapaak is based on a heart-wrenching story, we are sure it will give everyone a reality check and will also bring awareness about acid attack victims and their struggles. Helmed by Meghna Gulzar, the film is slated to release on January 10, 2020. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more such updates and Bollywood news.
