Exclusive! Kartik Aaryan and Disha Patani to come together for a huge project?

An industry source tells us that Kartik Aaryan and Disha Patani may come together for a film. Buzz is that both the young heartthrobs will be seen together in a yet-to-be-titled Anees Bazmee film. The director is known for making comedies, so will this one also be a comedy? Last year there were speculations of the same pair being considered by Imtiaz Ali for his next. There are no further details about it or any confirmation till date.

Kartik was last seen in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety last year with Sunny Singh and Nushrat Bharucha which did very well at the Box Office. He will next be seen in Luka Chuppi, a romantic comedy opposite Kriti Sanon which is directed by Laxman Utekar. The film will be releasing on March 1 this year.

Disha’s last film was Baaghi 2 with her rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff. The film was the second installment of the hit film Baaghi.Baaghi 2 was loved and collected good numbers at the Box Office. She will next be seen opposite Salman Khan in the much-anticipated film of this year Bharat, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and will be releasing on June 5.

Anees Bazmee’s last directorial venture was Mubarakan and he has Ready, Welcome, No Entry, Sandwich and Singh is King to his credit. If things work out this pair would be a fresh one to watch on screen. Let’s see if we get a confirmation soon. It will be great to see Disha in a comedy role if that happens.
