Sufiyum Sujatayum released on 3rd July 2020 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video’s across 200 territories and countries. Post the trailer release, the audiences had their expectations high for the film and the film exceeded the expectations with its touching storyline and the magic of Sufi through its beautiful songs which kept the audiences’ attention intact throughout.

In a recent interview with a leading portal, Jayasurya who is playing the character of Rajeev revealed what made him say yes to the film and shared, “Almost 1 year ago, the producer Vijay Babu came to me with the subject and I fell in love with the script. In fact, he narrated it so well that towards the climax I had tears in my eyes.”

Jayasurya further expresses on the emotions and said, “It was a moment for me that we have not seen on the screen before and that was so touching. Then I committed myself to the film and after that, I never read the script because I had confidence in it.”

The film has a stellar cast of Jayasurya who plays the role of Rajeev, Dev Mohan who plays the role of Sudfi, and Aditi Rao Hydari who plays the role of Sujata, the mute girl.

The film is written and directed by Naranipuzha Shanavas and produced by Vijay Babu under his banner Friday Film House. The film is shot by cinematographer Anu Moothedath and edited by Deepu Joseph. Sufiyum Sujatayum is brought together by executive producer Vinay Babu. The audiences are all praise for the film and social media can’t stop raving about it.
