It’s International Women’s Day and the makers of Kalank are using the occasion to its fullest. Earlier in the day, Alia Bhatt’s first look poster was released and now we have been introduced to Madhur Dixit Nene’s character Bahaar Begum. Producer Karan Johar shared the first look poster on Instagram and wrote, “Enchanting, ethereal & timeless. The true ‘Begum’ of hearts, Bahaar! @madhuridixitnene #WomenOfKalank #Kalank.” While we knew Madhuri’s look would impress us but we have to admit that it has exceeded our expectations and we really can’t take our eyes off her.

Though we have seen her doing similar parts in the past, there is certain magic that Madhuri brings on the table which never fails to work its charm. In the traditional attire, the dhak dhak girl is giving us that old world charm vibes and we actually like it. Her dreamy eyes and starry gaze is certainly making the poster stand out and more alluring. All the posters that have come out till now have dropped few hints about the character in the background and this one does that as well. Madhuri, obviously, will show off her moves in the film and will kill us all with her grace. The bottom right corner shows Madhuri dancing amidst a gothic chamber. The face isn’t clear but we are sure it is her. The poster is embedded in the hallways of a palace with chandeliers around, bringing the atmosphere alive. As we informed you earlier, all the posters seem to be following the fire theme.

Directed by Abhishek Varman, the film is set to release in April this year and the trailer of the film is said to be out on March 11. Apart from Madhuri the film also stars Alia, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in pivotal roles. Yesterday, we got to see the men and today it were the ladies that made headlines. The film is co-produced by Dharma Productions, Nadiadwala and Grandson and Fox Star Studios.
