Controversy Queen, Kangana Ranaut has never minced her words. While she won hearts back to back with her performances in Tanu Weds Manu, Queen, Simran amongst many others, she also made sure to take some big names from Bollywood head on. From taking digs to speaking her mind, the actress made it to the headlines. In the midst of success, Kangana often landed herself in controversy, but she has been unapologetic about it. From sending legal notices to her “silly ex” Hrithik Roshan to calling shutting up Karan Johar on national television, here are 5 notorious pangas the actress took.
# Paris Hilton
Making friends in showbiz isn’t as easy as it looks; after Kangana claimed that she had been approached by Paris Hilton’s line of cosmetics, the foreign socialite’s legal machinery came down heavy to negate all such claims. Kangana’s attempts to make amends, when the heiress visited Mumbai were also reportedly snubbed.
# Adhyayan Suman
Shekhar Suman’s son claimed Kangana ruined his life and his career. He gave a full-fledged interview to the leading newspaper about his and Kangana Ranaut’s affair. How he fell for her and how she allegedly screwed his life. The interview made news for its shock factor with Adhyayan claiming he was assaulted and abused by Kangana. And the whole blood magic story got everyone’s attention.
# Aditya Pancholi
Back when Kangana was still struggling, she got involved with the much older and married Aditya Pancholi. Their stormy affair ended five-years later on an ugly note after he physically assaulted the actress in an auto rickshaw alleging infidelity and manipulation. Kangana filed a police complaint against him for the same.
# Sonu Sood
After initially indicating that Sonu couldn’t be part of Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi due to date clashes with Simmba, Sonu made some revelations about Kangana. In a distasteful back and forth, he stated that there were times when things did not go well with the director and Kangana, and they wanted to reshoot the film. But after that, when Sood saw the way the film was edited, he felt that a few scenes were missing and that really disturbed him, as he had put in quite a bit of hard work to shoot the scenes. Kangana hit back at Sonu accusing him of backing out because he didn’t want to be directed by a woman (Kangana), Sonu came back hard saying that was not the case.
# Apurva Asrani
National Award Winning filmmaker Apurva Asrani was not happy with Kangana over writing credits of the crime comedy Simran. Apurva accused the director Hansal Mehta of introducing changes in the script without telling him and giving credit to Kangana for some ideas that were actually his. This got very messy, with Apurva calling out Kangana every now and then.
You can…
Hijack the passion project of a senior director
Hire another director, but fire him after he's completed the film..
Claim credit as the films director..
Even have the trade & press support your evil shenanigans....but still make a flop film!#InstantKarmasGonnaGetYou

Though there is no stopping Kangana, she has been walking on a rocky road. But that is not affecting her speed of marching towards superstardom. On the work front, Kangana has two upcoming films in her kitty. She’ll be seen starring opposite Jassie Gill in Panga and will reunite on the big screen with her Queen co-star Rajkummar Rao, in their upcoming film Mental Hai Kya.
