Director Bipin Nadkarni, who has earlier helmed noted Marathi films like Uttarayan and Aevdhese Abhaal is all set to foray into Bollywood with Darbaan.
Darbaan revolves around a heart warming story of the master and his caretaker and is inspired from a short written by Rabindranath Tagore. The film has an interesting ensemble cast of Sharad Kelkar, Sharib Hashmi, Rasika Dugal and Flora Saini and is slated to release on April 3rd, 2020. The film has been shot for 35 days over the span of 3 years.
Produced by Bipin Nadkarni, music is composed by Amartya Bobo Rahut along with the additional song by Raajeev V Bhalla and one of the prominent songs in the film is crooned by Arijit Singh. The film is shot by Amalendu Chaudhary. The film is distributed by Reet Films all over.
