Jaina ShahKesari actress Parineeti Chopra has been rigorously practicing badminton for her upcoming biopic based on the internationally famed Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal. The actress has been sharing her preparation and journey for the movie on social media with fans and recently, she posted a video that showed her in an intense and grueling badminton practice session.
Parineeti shared a time-lapse video on Instagram showcasing her badminton-training captioning her post: “Getting ready to do such a long rally in ONE TAKE”. Check out the post here:

In one of the interviews with a leading news agency, Parineeti said that she likes to learn visually and hence had been advised to watch Saina’s matches to learn her body language. She was quoted as saying, “The most important advice that I got from my entire training team, Amole Gupte sir and everybody was that I must watch Saina’s matches. I haven’t watched that many badminton matches and I really want to play exactly the way she plays.” She seems to be completely giving her 100 per cent for this movie.
Besides this, Parineeti has three releases this year; Jabaraiya Jodi opposite Sidharth Malhotra, Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar opposite Arjun Kapoor and Bhuj: The Pride of India which includes stars like Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Ammy Virk.
