Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s biopic is one film that everyone is looking forward to and why not? After all, Modi has done India proud in the last few years. Hence, it would be really interesting to see his journey on the big screen. Therefore director Omung Kumar is carefully making all the choices for his upcoming directorial venture PM Narendra Modi. After roping in actors like Vivek Anand Oberoi, Zarina Wahab, Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Barkha Bisht and few more, the makers have now brought on board Rajendra Gupta for the role of Modi’s father Damodardas Mulchand Modi.
Apart from him, actor Yatin Karyekar has also joined the cast. He will essay an important role in the film. He will be seen as Lakshman Rao Inamdar in the Modi biopic. For those unaware, Rao was one of the founding fathers of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Gujarat. He played a significant role in Modi’s life as the latter considered him as his political mentor. Just while a back, the makers even unveiled the first look of both the two actors on social media. While Rajendra Gupta is sporting a turban, Yatin is seen a rather serious mood.
Produced by Sandip Singh and Suresh Oberoi, the biopic will showcase Narendra Modi’s journey from the start and his successful rise in the world of politics. While the film has already gone on floors and the first schedule has been wrapped up, the makers are yet to announce the release date of PM Narendra Modi wherein Vivek is playing the titular role.
