Priyanka Chopra- Farhan Akhtar wrap up Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink in style- view pics

Shonali Bose, who is making her directorial debut with The Sky Is Pink, has finally wrapped up shooting for the film. Starring Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in the lead, the film is one of the most awaited releases of this year. Apart from these two A-list actors, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf also star in the movie. Just the other day, the cast and crew finished filming for The Sky Is Pink in style which is slated to hit the screens on October 11.

On the last day of the shoot, everyone had a blast as they posed together for photos and gorged on some yummy cake. Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh later shared the pictures of the same on his Twitter account. While one is a group picture wherein the entire team of The Sky Is Pink is seen posing together, there is another one which shows Shonali feeding a piece of cake to Farhan. In the same picture, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur is also visible and he is all smiles looking at the director and his actor. There is one more photograph which shows Chopra posing with Zaira, Rohit, and Shonali.

Since Priyanka is doing a Bollywood film after three-long years, there is obviously a lot of buzz around The Sky Is Pink. Also, it’s the first time that she is paired opposite Farhan in a film. Co-produced by Chopra, Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala, the biographical drama is based on the life of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13.
