Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota promo video featuring Radhika Madan

Radhika Madan impressed everyone with her power-packed performance in Pataakha. Her gritty, strong character broke a lot of norms and has raised our expectations from her. She built her career from scratch and proved that talent can overpower the N word – NEPOTISM. The TV actor bagged a Vishal Bhardwaj film and had an amazing debut on the big screen. While she was basking in the glory of this success, the announcement of her next film came in. Starring Bhagyashree’s son Abhimanyu Dasani, Radhika was all set to feature in a comedy-action film. According to Radhika, the teaser, the posters and everything else around the film revolved around Abhimanyu and his big debut. So, was Radhika, like any other outsider, a victim of nepotism? We all thought of it and in the meantime, Radhika came up with a quirky answer to it! She gave back to everyone who sidelined her because she is a girl and is an outsider in a video that surfaced yesterday (March 2).

But before you let your imaginations run haywire let us tell you that it is all a part of the fun promotional video for her upcoming film and nothing else. Yes, the team of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota do know how to create a buzz around their film and released a hilarious video featuring Madan. In the video, Radhika first talks about how all the importance is being given to Abhimanyu and nothing about the film is about Radhika. Her character is also supposed to be this weak woman who always needs a man to help her out in the film. But that’s not happening this time.

Instead, she is happy for Abhimanyu’s debut. Also, forget the meek, poor woman image; Radhika shows some really cool moves as she fights a man in the video. The video is re-introducing Radhika and tells us very clearly that she is not just a prop in the film. She has got plenty to do and we cannot wait to see her and Abhimanyu on the big screen now. In the meantime, you check out the video right here:

Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota has already travelled to international film festivals. The film received many accolades and appreciation at the People’s Choice Awards: Midnight Madness at the 2018 TIFF. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film is all set to hit the theatres on March 21. Till then, stay tuned to CineBlitz for more such updates from the world of Bollywood.
