Rakul Preet Singh trolled for her ‘girl power’ post

Rakul Preet Singh’s recently released film, De De Pyaar De that co-starred Ajay Devgn and Tabu in for a good run at the box office. But while her bold outlook in the film won her fans, her recent post seems to have irked some fans too. The actress recently posted a rather bold picture on her Instagram. However, it’s not the hot pic, but the caption that has her fans outraged.

Rakul captioned her post: “Throw me to the wolves and I’ll return leading the pack.” What followed was a series of people commenting on her “unbuttoned jeans” and “vulgar pose”. One troller posted, “This is nonsense. Opening the button of jeans and spreading vulgarity is nonsense. I know we are no one to judge girls’ clothes, but you wear mini-skirts, sports-wear, wear it but wear it properly. Are you serious, where is girl power in this, this is shameful.” And most seemed to agree on that! Check out the comments. The actress later took to Twitter to voice out her opinion.
