Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy has been one of the most anticipated films starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in key roles. More than that, people have been eagerly waiting to watch the film after the release of the trailer. Yesterday (February 13) the who’s who of Bollywood were in attendance for the screening of the movie.

Alia looked her chirpy self and dazzled in a floral yellow dress and was seen with Ranbir Kapoor. Ranveer looked all happy as he too had support from his wife, Deepika Padukone. They were spotted flaunting some PDA as they arrived in their car. Although he donned casuals, what completely stole everyone’s attention was Ranveer’s rapping skills after the film got over where the paparazzi had hounded him. Other celebs that were in attendance were Ananya Panday who is set to make her debut in Student Of The Year 2. She was seen arriving with her dad Chunky Panday. Farhan Akhtar, Dino Morea, Dia Mirza came along with Sahil Sangha. Reema Kagti, Apoorva Lakhia, Farhad Samar, Kiran Rao, Jim Sarbh, Kubra Sait, Ali Fazal also graced the film’s screening. Zoya Akhtar and producer Riteish Sidhwani were all too excited for their friends to watch this amazing masterpiece. Gully Boy revolves around a street hip-hop artist who struggles to rise to prominence but has to face several hurdles to get where he wants to and would go out of his way to make ends meet. It is inspired from the life of rapper Naezy and Divine who had experienced similar struggles. This film was later chosen to be a part of the Berlin Film Festival and the actors looked beyond overjoyed. Gully Boy releases today and do go out and watch it as it is set to give you a heart-warming experience.
