While doing a film, both Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor believe in completely immersing themselves into their onscreen characters. Apart from this, the two actors are really different from each other. When it comes to acting, Ranveer is this fiery flame whereas Shahid is more calm and composed. As much as we loved watching them behind the reel, the two reportedly had a fallout in real life. Though Padmaavat went on to be a huge hit, there was a cold war brewing between them. On Koffee With Karan 6, Shahid even admitted that he wished he had more screen time in Padmaavat, hinting that he wasn’t happy with his working experience.

However, when Ranveer appeared on the show, he said that everything was hunky dory between the two, making it clear that he holds no grudges with Shahid. And then recently, a video surfaced online that showed the two actors hugging each other while catching up on some talk time. They both were in Delhi to attend a wedding, and they were all smiles at the do. Phew! We are happy that finally everything is sorted between the two in real life. Now we wouldn’t mind if they signed another film together. Along with Ranveer and Shahid, Deepika Padukone also starred in the period drama. Check the video out:

Work wise, Ranveer is currently working on a Kapil Dev biopic which is titled 83. Co-starring Pankaj Tripathi and Saqib Saleem, the film will be directed by Kabir Khan. Shahid, who recently became a dad for the second time, is also busy shooting for his upcoming film Kabir Singh opposite Kiara Advani. It’s the remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy and will release in June this year. Keep reading Cine Blitz for more new updates and gossip from Bollywood.
