Just a few days after veteran actress Rekha’s bungalow was sealed, the BMC has declared Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar’s building in Bandra as containment zone. One of the residents of her building has tested positive for COVID 19.

BMC has posted a notice outside Zoya’s building that reads: “This area has been declared as Containment Area as a resident is found positive in coronavirus test. The entry to this area is restricted and violation of rules is punishable.”

it may be noted here that Zoya and Rekha share the same boundary wall which was sealed by BMC after the latter’s security guard tested positive last week. BMC later tested other watchmen in the vicinity and found four of them COVID 19 and shifted them to a BMC facility in Bandra.

Incidentally, Zoya’s film Zindagi Milegi Naa Dobara completed 9 years today. The film had Farhan Akhtar, Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol and Katrina Kaif in it.
