Joining the bandwagon late, Sunny Deol made his debut in politics this year and is contesting for Gurdaspur in Punjab with a BJP ticket. But the Gadar actor who is now an active politician is dealing with politics quite smartly. Yes, Sunny recently commented about the Indo-Pak relations and his neutral stand surely seems to work in his favour.
Sunny Deol who is known for his films that were based on the Indo-Pak tension had a very contrasting opinion in real life. When asked about the countries relationships he said, “I do not know much about issues like Balakot strikes or India’s relations with Pakistan. I am here to serve people; if I win maybe I will have an opinion, right now I don’t.” Further while talking about his films he said, “Movies are different but this is not a movie this is real life. I have always done positive roles in my life, my sentiments are also same.”
The elections in Punjab will happen in the last phase of the Lok Sabha election 2019. Let’s see what the election has in store for Sunny. Stay tuned!
