Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Shabana Azmi, Swara Bhaskar to campaign for Kanhaiya Kumar in Begusarai

The Lok Sabha Elections 2019 is just around the corner and all the candidates have begun their campaigning. With this election, we have seen many Bollywood personalities entering into politics. While we have also seen superstars urge people to vote, today actresses Shabana Azmi and Swara Bhasker will be campaigning for Kanhaiya Kumar in Begusarai and below are all the details you need to know.

Kanhaiya Kumar is the former president of the students union from Jawaharlal Nehru University. The leader of the All India Students Federation, which is a left-wing organisation. Kanhaiya will be contesting from Begusarai in the 2019 elections. And he will be receiving support from social activist and Neerja actress Shabana and also Veere Di Wedding actress Swara Bhasker. Both the actresses have already shown support for him on Twitter and both will be flying down to Begusarai especially for campaigning with Kanhaiya. Earlier on Twitter, Shabana wrote, “In @kanhaiyakumar lies hope.  Kanhaiya lies Sanity. In Kanhaiya lies Truth. We are with You. Fight ‘The Good Fight.” Swara also took to Twitter and wrote, “ बोल के लब आज़ाद हैं तेरे, बोल ज़बान अब तक तेरी है..Kanhaiya Kumar is a principled politician & an admirable & fine orator! hope he gets to display these skills & his sincerity in #Parliament Gr8 way to translate “you have nothing to lose but your chains, and a world to win.” Both the actresses received a crazy backlash after they lent their support to Kanhaiya.
