Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Sonakshi Sinha campaigns for mommy Poonam in Lucknow

Even though the voting process concluded in Maharashtra last Monday, the election fever hasn’t died down. Yes, campaigning is still on and our B-town celebs are going all out to support their loved ones. Since Lucknow will be voting on Monday (May 6), the parties are putting in the last word to win over the public votes. As we speak, Kalank actress Sonakshi Sinha is campaigning for her mother Poonam Sinha in Lucknow.

Poonam, who will be contesting with a Samajwadi Party ticket from the Lucknow constituency, will have in competition Union Minister Rajnath Singh from BJP. This election season has been quite interesting for Sinhas because not only Poonam is making her electoral debut, her husband Shatrughan Sinha has also had some bad blood with BJP and has eventually decided to contest with a Congress ticket from the Patna Sahib constituency. As the fifth phase is going to take place in Lucknow on Monday, Sonakshi was seen standing by her mother during a road show in Lucknow.
