Hasti DoshiSanjay Leela Bhansali is introducing two newbies – Sharmin Segal and Meezaan Jaaferi – in Bollywood with the film Malaal. The trailer of the film got an amazing response and the audience is now looking forward to seeing the SLB film. To maintain the hype, the makers of the film have released the first song Aila Re today (May 29). Featuring Meezaan Jaaferi, the upbeat song will make you want to get up and dance.
Crooned by Vishal Dadlani and composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the song is penned by Prashant Ingole. Shreyas Puranik has rapped a cool verse in the song. Choreographer Ganesh Acharya has made Meezaan groove smoothly. What looks like an introductory song to us, has Meezaan shaking a leg at a dance bar in the video. Just like the story, the song also has a classic SLB touch to it and it reminds us of songs like Tattad Tattad (Goliyon Ki Raasleela RamLeela), Malhaari (Bajirao Mastani) and Khali Balli (Padmaavat). And guess what! This song also has a hook step that will totally trend. Check out the song right here:
Malaal is a story of Shiva and Astha – two very different people from contrasting backgrounds who experience the innocence of love. The film is directed by Mangesh Hadawale and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more such updates and gossip.
