Masaba Gupta launches a Game of Thrones collection and here’s all you need to know!

Brace yourself all you Game of Thrones fans because ace designer Masaba Gupta has just made an amazing announcement. House of Masaba has become the only fashion label in India that has acquired the rights to make jewellery and apparels inspired by the epic fantasy show GOT. Below are all the details you would want to know about the same.

Quoting the Dragon Mother, Masaba introduced her new venture to the world and it looks quite exciting. She shared a video of how the idea came into existence and how her mother Neena Gupta inspired her to watch Game of Thrones. Along with the video, she wrote “I’m not going to stop the wheel. I’m going to break the wheel.” We’re so proud to be the only official design house in India to be doing a collection inspired by the greatest show of our times. I’ll tell my kids about this! Brace Yourself, it’s coming soon!”

It was last year that we got to know that Masaba will be collaborating with the series and will be releasing her collection during the final season. The collection will include mixed cultural aesthetic capes, Kaftans, trench coats, stud embroidered corsets, dhoti sarees and also a gown saree. And for the men, there will be sharp power, long trench, t-shirts and kurtas. The designs are completely inspired by the show’s theme set up and war backdrop. The jewellery collection will highly be based on elements like sigils and armours. Masaba will be launching the merchandise on Star World exclusively.
