Mumbai Saga: Pooja Hegde and Shriya Pilgaonkar join Sanjay Gupta’s film’s cast

Since the time Sanjay Gupta announced his next gangster film Mumbai Saga, many have been looking forward to it. And some days ago, the director announced the men who will be starring in this film that is said to be based around the gang wars in Mumbai and will be set in the 1980-1990 period. While the movie is being presented by T-series, the two ladies from the film’s cast have now been announced.

Actress Pooja Hegde and Shriya Pilgaonkar will be joining Emraan Hashmi, John Abraham, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy and Amole Gupte in the film. Mumbai Saga is said to be going on floors next month, talking about the film, Sanjay had called it his most ambitious project. He also promised that the film will only be bigger and better from his previous ones. Mumbai Saga is the first gangster drama that Sanjay Gupta and T-series have collaborated on.

The film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Anuradha Gupta. The makers are looking for a 2020 release. However, the exact date is yet to be announced. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates.
