Today (June 21) along with celebrating World Yoga Day, we also celebrate World Music Day. And while Bollywood continues to bloom with outstanding actors, there are some who can also sing amazingly well. And our actors not just croon in Hindi, but in different languages as well. Here’s taking a look at actors who can sing in different languages effortlessly:
Aditi Rao Hydari
The Padmaavat actress is not just talented on-screen but has the voice of a nightingale. Aditi who is also a South star has lent her voice for a Tamil film Jail last year (2018). The Katru Veliyidai actress, on many occasions, flaunted her singing skills. And earlier she had lent her voice for a Tamil song which was her first time singing in that language.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas
The actress has not just aced her acting game in the Hindi Film industry, but won hearts in Hollywood too. And the actress is pretty good at singing as well; she made her singing debut in 2012 with an English song In My City. Later, in 2016, she lent her voice for a Marathi film Ventilator for a song titledBaba.
Richa Chadha
The Fukrey actress earned praise for her diverse roles, and along with acting, she also sings amazingly as well. She lent voice for a Punjabi pop songGwandion which was in collaboration with International stars Dr Zeus and Zora Randhawa.
Madhuri Dixit Nene
The queen of dance and expressions ruled not just 80s and 90s but also people’s hearts. And now, we will be seeing her in a different form altogether as she will be lending her voice. Recently, news broke that Madhuri will be making her international debut with a pop number. And will be releasing her first single from her English pop album by the end of this year.
Farhan Akhtar
The actor was hailed for his performance in Rock On! (2008), he not only acted but sang some really groove-worthy songs. He is not just an actor and a singer but also a director and producer. He lent his voice for a Telugu film Bharat Ane Nenu starring superstar Mahesh Babu. The solo song which Farhan sung goes with the title I don’t Know.
