Pooja Hegde signs action film based on Tomb Raider?

After making her debut in 2016, Pooja Hegde has been getting some really interesting roles, be it down South or in Bollywood. And with her popularity increasing on a daily basis, she has been approached for quite a few films as well. We exclusively told you how she had signed a three-film deal with Sajid Nadiadwala as well. And looks like the details of her first project are out! According to reports, the actress has signed an action film, which is based on Angelina Jolie’s Tomb Raider.

An insider suggests that Pooja Hegde has already signed the movie and a formal announcement will be out in some time. As the source reveals, “For the first time, Pooja will be seen stepping out of her comfort zone and will be seen performing some cool action moves in the film. The movie that Pooja is apparently going to start work on is said to be loosely based on the Hollywood fantasy thriller, Tomb Raider (2001) starring Angelina Jolie in the lead role.” What do you guys have to say about this development?
