Prabhas’ action sequence in Saaho shot for THIS massive amount

Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer magnum opus Saaho is one of the most-anticipated films of 2019. The film is all set to release this Independence Day on August 15 and the makers have been keeping the excitement high, sharing the posters, teaser, trailers and songs. While we know that the film is made on a massive budget, today (July 16) the makers revealed the whopping amount at which the action sequence in the film was shot and here is all you need to know.

A while ago, the makers of Saaho release a small clip titled Shades of Saaho that took us behind the scenes of an action sequence being shot. The eight minutes-long action sequence that was shot in Abu Dhabi cost the makers a whopping Rs 70 crore. Yes, you read it right, the scene featuring Prabhas doing amazing action cost Rs 70 crore and is a crucial one for the film. This is the costliest action sequence ever shot in an Indian film. Saaho is in all made on a budget of Rs 350 crore.
