Randeep Hooda is still living his Battle of Saragarhi character? Watch video!

Randeep Hooda prepped for two years for the film based on the Battle of Saragarhi, however, it never took off!

Randeep Hooda has been away from the set life for a very long time now but when he finally decided to come back to the big screen, the film didn’t even happen. Randeep was very passionate about his film that was based on the Battle of Saragarhi and he vigorously prepped for the film for two years but due to reasons unknown, the film did not make it to the box office. However, the Hawaldar Ishwar Singh hangover is still there. Randeep posted a video reminiscing about the film.

In the video, he can be seen performing some Sikh martial arts writing, “Ancient #Sikh Martial Art “Gatka” British Queen once said “Any army that has Sikh soldiers, can never be defeated” learned it for 2 years.. though heartbroken about the fate of the movie, what I learned from it is absolutely precious. Boleeeeee so nihaaaaala.. saatsriakaaaala.” This caught a lot of attention as well and actors including Anupam Kher even comforted him with kind posts. Check out the tweet trail right here:

On the work front, Randeep is currently busy with Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 also starring Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan. Besides, this, the actor will also be seen in a web-series starring Chris Hemsworth titled Dhaka.
