Saaho: Prabhas – Shraddha Kapoor’s film postponed to August 30?

Looks like the fans who were eagerly waiting for the release of Prabhas – Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho will have to wait a little longer now. Yes, the buzz is that the film which was supposed to release on August 15 will now be postponed to a new date. According to media reports, the film will now release on August 30.

The reason behind this shift is said to be the film’s producer T-series. Reports suggested that Saaho has been postponed due to the lack of theatres in the North belt as both Mission Mangal and Batla House are releasing on the same date. Batla House is also being produced by T-Series. The reports also add that T-series being the biggest production company has taken over complete right over Saaho and ruined the film’s buzz with bad promotions. Now it has even messed up with the film’s release date!!

Not just that, if the film releases on August 30, it will have to compete with two south films. Telugu film Kaappan and Tamil film Gang Leader are also releasing on August 30 which may affect Saaho’s collection down south.
