Sachin Pilgaonkar on Director Nagesh Kukunoor: “I’m a director’s actor, and he’s an actor’s director”

Talking about his character, Sachin Pilgaonkar said, “Nagesh Kukunoor happens to be a good friend. Even before we started working together, we knew each other. When I came to know that he wants to cast me as one of the principal characters, I was very happy because it is a boon and it is a pleasure to work under a good director like Nagesh Kukunoor. He has a strong vision and an ability to bring out the minutest details from every actor. I simply followed his vision. I’m a director’s actor, and he’s an actor’s director and this combination always works!
