Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi share a close bond and we have seen that time and again. PM Modi won the recently-concluded Lok Sabha Elections for the second time in a row and was sworn-in at a ceremony attended by several stars from the film industry, apart from the politicos. While Bollywood has already flooded the PM’s handle with wishes and congratulatory messages, Salman Khan took to his social media yesterday (June 2) to congratulate Modi on his well-planned cabinet of ministers.
After PM Modi’s oath-taking ceremony and the announcement of the cabinet, Salman took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Honourable Prime Minister, congratulations on a splendid team and all my best wishes to the entire cabinet in their endeavours to make a stronger and equal India.” This wasn’t the first time he expressed his happiness over Modi’s win, earlier after the announcement of the result of the Lok Sabha election 2019, he wrote, “Many congratulations Hon. Prime Minister @narendramodi on your decisive victory. We stand by you in building a stronger India.”
