Salman Khan, who is currently busy promoting his film Bharat, was recently also in news for another film. Certain speculations surfaced online that Salman Khan will be doing the Hindi remake of Mahesh Babu’s South film Maharshi. The star has now finally cleared the air around these rumours and has denied them.

During an interaction, Salman revealed that he hasn’t even watched the film. He revealed that he loves South Indian movies and has recently even watched a South Indian movie named Taqdeer, but he added that he has no plans of doing a remake of Mahesh Babu’s film.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is all set to entertain the audience with his upcoming Eid offering Bharat. The film hits the theatres on June 5 and also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Sunil Grover. The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Alvira Agnihotri, Atul Agnihotri, Krishan Kumar under the banners of T-Series, Reel Life Productions and Salman Khan Films.
