Jaina ShahThere seems to be no respite for Salman Khan when it comes to facing legal troubles. The Bharat star has now landed himself into another one in Mumbai. A complaint has been filed against him by senior journalist, Ashok Pandey, for snatching his phone on the road during an incident in April, early this year.
Reportedly, the journalist has accused Salman of snatching his phone while the actor was cycling on the streets of Mumbai, claiming that he clicked his pictures. He also alleged that Salman Khan’s bodyguards misbehaved with him and his cameraman before the superstar snatched away his phone.
The complaint has been filed at the Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Andheri for robbery, assault, criminal mischief and criminal intimidation under sections 323, 392, 426, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, some reports also suggest that Salman had instructed Pandey and his colleague to not click pictures or record any videos.
