Salman Khan – Alia Bhatt’s Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, Inshallah, is all set to release on Eid 2020. We even exclusively revealed to you the shooting schedule. But here’s the big catch or should we say clash! With Inshallah releasing on Eid 2020, it is now set to clash with Sooryavanshi. Yes, it is going to be a mega box office clash with it being Salman Khan vs Akshay Kumar next year.

If you remember, Akshay Kumar had announced earlier this year that Sooryavanshi will hit the screens on Eid 2020. The Rohit Shetty-directed cop drama is the third franchise in his police universe. And with Akshay joining forces with Ranveer Singh a.k.a Simmba and Ajay Devgn a.k.a Singham, everyone is really excited. However, locking horns with Salman Khan during Eid is a huge deal. Bhaijaan has had a Eid release every year since the last one decade. In fact, the festival release is like a gift from him to his fans. And with Salman reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Inshallah, it is even merrier. Alia Bhatt is also a part of the movie, her first with both the men. Clearly, both the movies are mega-blockbusters! We wonder how Inshallah‘s clash with Sooryavanshi will play out?

Akshay Kumar’s tweets about Sooryavanshi:

Salman Khan’s tweet about Inshallah:

Though Akshay Kumar had announced the movie’s release date, wonder if he will shift. Two big films clashing has always affected the business as there is a screen war that plays out with the number of screens each film getting. Salman may have an edge here. This is because Salman Khan film has become synonymous with Eid release. And now with him reuniting with SLB is an added. However, Rohit Shetty and action king Akshay coming together is also huge. So let’s hope it works out amicably!
