Sanjay Leela Bhansali recalls an incident which proves Meezaan Jaaferi is a perfectionist

The upcoming film Malaal stars Sharmin Segal and Meezaan Jaaferi in the lead roles. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is the producer of the film but he has been pretty much involved in the direction process. As SLB is launching these newbies, he has been ensuring that he gets every aspect of his production perfect, right from the choice of location and more on the sets. But what’s interesting is that Meezaan is also a perfectionist and here’s proof.

We have seen the lavish scale of SLB’s films and anyone viewing them, fans included, would believe that he is a perfectionist. Interestingly, it looks like his protege Meezaan too believes in perfection. At the trailer launch, Bhansali recalled one such incident whilst shooting for the film, and shared, “Meezaan used to tell me that this sound is muffled, should we add this beat too?, and I used to be like, first film and abhi se (laughs).”

The film is directed by Mangesh Hadawale and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar. It will be hitting the theatres on June 28.
