Shah Rukh Khan – Anupam Kher’s twitter banter will take you back to the DDLJ days!

Many celebrities make a strong bond over working on a film. A very similar example of this is Anupam Kher and Shah Rukh Khan’s friendship that has lasted over the years. The two actors who have worked in films like Chahat, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, etc giving the audience some iconic roles. One of them was the father-son role in the hit film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Recently, Anupam Kher brought back the memories of the film with his tweet.

He wrote, “मेरे प्यारे @iamsrk !! बस ऐसे ही!! न्यू यॉर्क में तुम्हारी अचानक याद आयी। We have had some great times together. And then we all grew up!! Love and prayers always.#DilwaleDulhaniyaLeJayenge.” He even attached a GIF of one of their scenes from the film with his tweet.

And SRK couldn’t help but respond to this sweet message. He wrote, “Arre nahi Daddy Cool! ‘Grow up’ hon aapke dushman. Hum dono ka dil to baccha hai ji. Come back home let’s start with snakes and ladders and we can move to making sand castles in the air. Miss you.” Anupam immediately replied by saying that he will meet him as soon as he comes back to India. Check out the tweets here:
