Off late, Shah Rukh Khan’s focus has shifted towards South films. He was recently spotted with South director Atlee during a Kolkata Knight Riders match in Chennai. Buzz is that SRK will be doing a film with Atlee and has also liked another script that they might work on later. Amidst this, he was approached by another south director for a film but SRK is not doing it.

Director Siva, who’s film Viswasam was a hit at the South box office, wanted to remake the film in Hindi. And for the lead role, played by Ajith in the south film, he wanted Shah Rukh to come on-board. The Zero actor even heard and discussed the story but sadly he won’t be able to give him the dates. Going by the reports, King Khan’s dates are lined up with different projects and hence he couldn’t say yes to the film.

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma that tanked at the box office. Now, SRK will be seen in Vijay’s Thalapathy 63 in a negative role. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more such updates from the world of Bollywood.
