Shahid Kapoor to visit the Star Sports Studio ahead of the release of his upcoming movie Jersey

Ahead of the Mumbai Indians vs Lucknow Super Giants game on April 16^th, the Jersey star cast Shahid Kapoor will visit the Star Sports studio to promote his upcoming movie on Cricket live. Jersey will release on April 22, 2022, in theatres worldwide. Award-winning actor Shahid Kapoor said “As part of my preparation for Jersey, I played cricket for months where I have trained with the best. The entire team has put in a lot of hard work, and we are confident that audiences will enjoy the movie releasing next Friday 22^nd of April. The release of Jersey also coincides with IPL and there’s no better way to meet the cricket fans on Star Sports and share my views for the big game on Saturday. Having lived in Mumbai for such a long time, MI has always been close to my heart. I will be supporting Rohit and his team this Saturday”

Jersey is about a talented but failed cricketer who decides to return to cricket in his late thirties driven by the desire to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfill his son’s wish for a jersey as a gift.
