South star Sudeep to play the villain in Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 – read details

Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 is one of the most exciting films that was announced recently. While not much is known about the movie till now, we hear it is going on floors pretty soon. There were several reports about who is starring in the film and who is not! The speculations were never ending, however, we have one confirmed news for you. South star Sudeep is all set to play the main villain in Dabangg 3. Yes, Sudeep who is popularly known as Kiccha Sudeep, has been signed for the movie.

For those of you who don’t know, Salman and Sudeep are good friends. They have been bonding a lot recently, in fact, Salman even tweeted the teaser of Sudeep’s upcoming film, Pailwaan. The duo has been trying to collaborate for a film since a while now and looks like the opportunity just presented itself. Sudeep has worked in Bollywood for Ramgopal Varma’s Rann. The actor has delivered some fantastic performances in Eega and Phoonk. This has made us quite excited about Dabangg 3. It will truly be a sight, to watch Salman and Sudeep battling it out.

Talking about Dabangg 3, we here the film will have another villain too. While several stars are in the running, South star Jagapathi Babu will be the actor getting the nod. But this means we will not see Sonu Sood in the film this time around. With the whole story taking a twist, the makers had to go with a fresh star cast, but we hear Sonakshi Sinha will still be a part of the project, though it will be a small part. Directed by Prabhudheva and written by Dilip Shukla, Dabangg 3 goes on floor in March or April and will be shot in Mumbai and Lucknow majorly.
