Sunny Deol who made his debut in politics this year and is all set to contest in the Lok Sabha elections 2019 escaped without any casualty after his car collided with three cars in Gurdaspur on Monday. The actor turned politician is safe. Sunny is in Punjab campaigning for the elections, the actor is contesting for the Gurdaspur seat on a BJP ticket.
The accident happened when one of the four tiers of Sunny’s sports utility vehicle burst near a gurudwara in the Sohal village. Four cars in the mishap ramped into each other. The actor with his party members was headed to Fatehgarh Churian where he had to campaign. Out of the for cars that met with the accident, I belonged to the police and three belong to Sunny’s entourage. The good part is that no one was hurt in the mishap. After the mishap, Sunny resumed his day and carried out the further rally as planned.
Sunny’s journey in politics has been in limelight since the beginning due to many reasons. The last phase of the Lok Sabha election will be carried out on May 19 and the results will be declared on May 23.
