The deadly Pulwama attacks shocked the whole nation. A suicide mission conducted by a Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist left 40 CRPF personnel dead. India was seething and Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that all the people responsible for the attack will be punished. And looks like that’s what he did! Yes, PM Modi along with the army and the Indian Air Force (IAF) meticulously planned the Surgical Strike 2.0. And within two weeks of the Pulwama Attack, India has struck back with the IAF destroying Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camps in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and even Pakistan (reportedly). Indians including Bollywood star Ajay Devgn have saluted this move!

As per multiple reports, 12 Mirage-2000 jets of the Indian Air Force conducted the operation. The IAF got a go-ahead late last night and they carried out the attack at 03.30 am on February 26. The team dropped 1,000 kgs of bomb on the terror camps located in Balakot, Chakoti and Muzaffarabad. From what we hear, the terror launchpads were completely destroyed. In fact, several control rooms of the Jaish-e-Mohammed were even decimated. Ajay Devgn was the first Bollywood celebrity to react to the news. He tweeted, “Mess with the best, die like the rest. Salute #IndianAirForce. @narendramodi.” Several other political leaders as well as celebrities across the world have praised the IAF for conducting the operation with finesse.

In the meantime, Pakistan Army spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor allege that IAF aircrafts had entered Pakista. This prompted the Pakistan Air Force to scramble their fighter planes too. However, he maintained that there was no damage or casualty. We haveto say this Surgical Strike 2.0 is a huge statement by India and the government. Terrorism and attacks on Indians will no longer be taken lightly. Clearly, this should be the way forward. In the meantime, stay tuned to CineBlitz for the updates and more breaking news.
