Sushmita Sen joined Instagram out of fear!

Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen hopped on the social media bandwagon with her entry on Instagram in 2016. She has since been treating her fans with amazing pictures and sneak peeks of her personal life. Her feed is full of her photoshoots, her precious time with her daughters – Renee and Alisah – and videos of some really hot yoga sessions with boyfriend Rohman Shawl. It is safe to say that the actress knows the social media game and is clearly acing it! But did you know that she joined Insta out of fear!

In a candid conversation, Sushmita revealed that she joined the photo-sharing site due to a health fright. She shared, “I was very, very sick and I have hair that’s falling. I have become moon-faced and I have steroid deposits. During this time, a thought crossed my mind, if this does kill me, people would never know who I was. So, one night, I just got on to Instagram and opened that page.” Sushmita now has over four million followers on Instagram.
