Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev secretly takes the plunge with fiancée Charu Asopa, see pics

Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen got engaged to Charu Asopa some months ago. While the couple was supposed to get married on June 16 in Goa, they surprised fans by secretly tying the knot in a court marriage on Friday (June 7). Earlier, it was reported that the Rajeev-Charu would tie the knot in December 2019, but the couple thought it would be too far, hence they decided to have a destination wedding in Goa next week in the presence close family members.

But this morning Rajeev and Charu announced their marriage on Instagram. While Sushmita’s brother wore a crisp white kurta-pyjama, Charu looked gorgeous in a red saree. Sharing pictures Charu wrote on Instagram, “I Charu Asopa take Rajeev Sen as my lawful husband… ️#rajakibittu”. On the other hand Rajeev wrote, “i Rajeev sen take Charu asopa as my lawful wife ️ #rajakibittu”. Check out the posts here:

As per reports, the functions will start from June 14, followed by a mehendi and sangeet ceremony on June 15. And the couple will exchange vows in a traditional Hindu ceremony on June 16. We wish the couple many congratulations. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates and gossip from Bollywood.
