Swara Bhaskar passionately campaigns for Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP in Delhi – view pics

Swara Bhaskar, who rose to fame after films like Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa and most recently, Veere Di Wedding, attended last night’s Aam Aadmi Party roadshow in Chattarpur, to campaign for Raghav Chadha. He is their candidate from South Delhi for this year’s Lok Sabha elections.

Swara had previously campaigned for CPI member Kanhaiya Kumar along with other Bollywood personalities, including Neerja actress Shabana Azmi. She has been active in the realm of politics, however, she has not become a member of any political party as such, and seemingly has no plans of entering that world anytime soon.

The actress was last seen in the ensemble cast of the film Veere Di Wedding, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Shikha Talsania and Sumeet Vyas. She has no upcoming projects confirmed as yet, but we can’t wait to see what she will do next.
