Tanushree Dutta pens an explosive letter in support of Kangana Ranaut; says “Bollywood’s frat boy club is intimidated by her talent!”

Tanushree Dutta feels Bollywood hates Kangana Ranaut’s guts and hence they don’t support her!

Kangana Ranaut has been in the news over the past few days. Not because of the success of Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, but because of Bollywood’s silence on the film. Each and every film release sees a plethora of tweets from the industry in support of it. However, Manikarnika didn’t see such a thing. This prompted Kangana to blast out and she suggested that they’ve ganged up against her. Amidst all this, Tanushree Dutta came out in support of the actress. She penned an explosive letter in support of Kangana. She mentioned that the frat boy club of Bollywood is intimidated by her talent and guts.

Calling her a top star, Tanushree said, “Kangana Ranaut is a bonafide A++ list Actress. Why the extra plus? Because she is the only one who made it to the top of her game in Bollywood without the nagging support and recommendation of A- list male stars, without a high profile surname or an unrealistically perfect, pure and pious facade that most Bollywood actresses seem to wear on and off screen. Besides being a powerhouse performer, she has truly set an example of someone who has made a unique and celebrated place for herself in an industry tough to conquer for an outsider. This Damsel has truly made it all the way despite all the distress; leaving the frat boys club of Bollywood and their dames twiddling their thumbs in abject contempt for her success.”

Tanushree further added that Bollywood hates her guts, but she has hit their weak spot with Manikarnika‘s success. As she wrote, “Kangana they don’t support you because they are intimidated by your talent, they hate your guts and their brawny thick muscle brains can’t seem to figure out for the love of sweet bejesus how on earth you made it this far without them!! They think they are Gods and its blasphemy to acknowledge that you shouldered a multimillion-dollar film on your own. With Manikarnika’s success, you have hit them on their softest spot and it will take them some time to recover. They will come around eventually. They have to or else they run the risk of being irrelevant.”

She signed off by saying, “I haven’t seen the film yet but my friends in the US recommended me to watch it asap so perhaps I will soon. My parents saw it on opening week and they are all praises especially for your performance in it. Keep up the good work and keep being you! Love, Tanushree Dutta.” What do you guys have to say about this? Share with us your thoughts in the comments section below! The entire team of Batla House met Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday evening to apprise him about Batla House and show him some portions of the film.  After the meeting the Vice President wrote on Twitter, “They explained to me that the motivation for the film was to uncover the truth of the incident that took place 11 years ago in the Batla House area in Delhi. My best wishes to the entire team.”

It is being reported that John Abraham plays the police officer who was martyred in the encounter. But knowing how Bollywood functions, it is very likely that a lot of creative liberties will be taken. On the other hand, two of the accused in the case have complained in court against the film’s release. The Batla House encounter was questioned and even labelled as a fake encounter by various political parties like Bahujan Samaj Party and Samajwadi Party.

In the controversial encounter two alleged terrorists from Indian Mujhahideen were killed. The Batla house encounter happened a week after five serial blasts on September 13, 2008 that killed over 30 people and left over 100 injured. According to reports, Yasin Bhatkal, the alleged chief of IM had fled Batla House before the encounter took place. For more Bollywood news and updates, stay tuned to CineBlitz.

Actor Ali Fazal is currently neck deep in work and has been shooting long hours in Benaras for the second season of his hit Amazon Prime Video show Mirzapur. He will soon kick off the promotions of his next film Prasthanam with Sanjay Dutt. Ali was up for rude shock on social media on August 1 when he found a song of his film Tadka doing the rounds on fan clubs.

Months after the Taapsee Pannu and Ali Fazal starrer Tadka directed by Prakash Raj ran into legal debacle, Zee Music (the music wing of Zee Studios) was seen uploading a song from the film on their official YouTube channel (7 days ago) and even tweeting the same from their official handle. The film is a remake of the Malayalam hit Salt N’ Pepper, has run into legal trouble over the IP rights of the venture. The film also stars Nana Patekar, Shriya Saran, in key roles.

Ali was quick to turn to Twitter to call out the producers for their ethical breach. He tweeted, “There’s a court case on the producers of this film as far as I remember. Cheques had bounced. Actors and crew still haven’t gotten paid. Surprised to see a promotional song coming out from the film.”

A source informs, “Ali was utterly displeased with the rampant flouting of court rules which evidently had kept the film on hold. Additionally, he saw the incident as a breach of ethical conduct on part of the producers who are yet to clear payments for cast and crew but are willing to flaunt their film on social media. Not the one to stay mum on issues close to his heart, he put his version out there to make his stand on the matter clear and show his solidarity with the aggrieved cast and crew.” For more Bollywood news and updates, stay tuned to CineBlitz.
