Film fraternity is all about giving and taking! An actor gives their time and soul to a movie and the filmmakers put their trust in them. But despite this safe barter, sometimes things don’t work as planned and this ends up creating issues between them. Something on very similar grounds happened recently, with an A-list actress who is now left with no choice but to plead for a role in an upcoming film.
The actress landed in this situation when she opted out of a big budget film with an A-lister. While the actor was over the issue, it looks like the actress is in a lot more trouble than she imagined. The actor is a part of another upcoming movie which is going to be announced soon and the actress wanted to be a part of that film. But because of her history of opting out of a film earlier, the producer of the film straightaway said NO. This actress even asked a fellow friend to request the makers to cast her for the lead role, but it looks like no amount of pleading helped her bag the role. Sigh!
Can you guess who this actress is? If not, let us give you another hint. Her upcoming film is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Have you guessed the name yet? If yes, let us know in the comments section below. For more such gossip and updates, stay tuned to CineBlitz.

THIS giant company lays off employees for cost-cutting; will it affect their films?
There’s serious concern about their slate of films, as this corporate giant also runs a successful production studio
A mega Indian company which has investments in the corporate sector, as well as the Entertainment industry has now made a big move. While the company is known for its profitability, it seems to be making news for the wrong reasons this time around. According to reports, this company has laid off a large number (approximately 5,000), employees that include contractual and permanent workers. The reason behind the lay-off is said to be the company’s cost-cutting.
This may be a major setback for the employees working for the company for years. Now the question is that while this mega-company has made this move in the corporate sector, will it also affect their entertainment sector? The company owns a production studio and will the films under their banner be affected is a big concern for the rest of the industry.
Many of their films have been hits while few have done average at the box office. But will this cost-cutting also seep into the entertainment sector is a worry. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates on this front.
